The group's new book, "The Biggest Fish of All" was published on the 12th November 2011.
This book is a comprehensive work on modern day perch fishing. The group chose Stephen Harper Fine Angling Books to produce a limited edition of 1500 cloth-bound copies, plus leather-bound and vellum copies.

Who are we?
We are a relatively small, select, group of perch anglers and specimen hunters who currently have 60 plus members. Our aim is to further the knowledge of the perch as a species including the methods and locations for its capture. The Perchfishers are successful in fishing for and landing many big perch, including some of the largest specimens recorded in the UK. We do this by the sharing of knowledge and by fishing in a true spirit of sportsmanship and friendship with all other members of The Perchfishers.
